The R.I. GlassRC Series is designed for high-precision, uniform coating on flat, toughened, frosted, or mirror glass. Built with a durable SS or MS powder-coated body, these machines deliver smooth, bubble-free coating for UV, epoxy, acrylic, solvent-based, and nano coatings.We manufacture roller coating machines in multiple sizes – 25”, 36”, 40”, 48” – and any custom size as per client requirement.
Models are available in Single Unit (one coating head) and Double Unit (two-stage coating system) for higher production and multi-layer coating applications.
